I may have been at school for 14 hours today. I may have forgotten to eat between the hours of noon and 9pm. I may have lost hearing in my right ear due to congestion and my voice may have dropped an octave.
But god damn if that cold & flu pill I finally took around 3:30, combined with adrenaline, didn’t get me through tonight! And not only get me through, but made it a huge success! Here’s to happy parents, happy administrators, and another check off the to-do list of this first year of head teaching.
