Recipe #16: Peach and Tomato Salad
I took this from Mark Bittman’s 101 Summer Salads. It is so easy, I made it in my hotel kitchen this week. All it is:
- 1 peach
- 1 tomato
- bunch of basil
- balsamic vinegar & olive oil
- salt & pepper
Cut the tomato and peach and toss with the chopped basil, and all seasonings. That’s it. Summer simplicity, people. Enjoy!
