As a “thank you” for working with her this year, my head teacher gave me this giraffe necklace. As if we needed more proof of how in sync we are, I have been eyeing this necklace at j.crew for months, and just never brought myself to buy it. I couldn’t even believe that without any sort of hint (besides knowing how much I love giraffes), she picked this one up. Needless to say, I put it on last Friday, and it’s been around my neck ever since.
