I did a double take as this bus drove past- I went to high school with that girl in the middle! Her name is Ali, she has been in a wheelchair since the age of 2, and she is one of the most talented and genuinely sweet people I’ve met. (Don’t get me wrong, we weren’t close or anything, but knew each other in passing.) I loved watching this show last summer, and now with a personal connection, I’m sure it will make the DVR rotation.
