Just when I thought all was good.
I did Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred yesterday (for the first time in quite a while), and woke up feeling fine. “Awesome!” I thought, “I must be in better shape than I thought.” Then I came to school. Where there are actually stairs. Lots of them. I may need to be helivac’d home.
